You cannot ban someone forever. Just deal with it, it's not possible. Your best method is just making a player's account so valuable that they'll beg you to get unbanned.
I know but this player make me pissing off I won't able player to come back but still no way to ban forever
Although (like sandertv said above) that you can’t block them forever, what I would do is block their name, IP, CID (the rest aren’t implemented, but there are plugins for it somewhere. –> ) skin ID, device ID.
what's the Device ID? there's a UID which can easily be changed since it's a hash of all the things but never heard DID
