add arenas/ Multi-arenas for a minigame

I'm wanting to make a SkyWars plugin and I need to know how I can add game sands a Multi-Arenas system with reset and to add them I was thinking about using public functions but my friends tell me to use modes to be able to enter the map and add slots What do you recommend?

 

Create object for Arena and then construct it for every arena 1 time.

already create the config and it's called games.json

but I want to add separate arenas as I do?

 

Construct every arena object from data in config
