Dont search for auth plugins!! in 1.2 you can remove them

 

Don't trust the client

 

Then verify the public key instead of assuming it is legitimate if the client supplies one.

 

You'll find SimpleAuth, HereAuth and about 20 others on Poggit if you search CI for 'Auth'. I'd recommend those two largely because you can be pretty sure they'll get updated for forthcoming MCPE versions, but the others might be worth trying too.

 

What about PiggyAuth?

 

To be honest I've only ever used SimpleAuth just because once you've started it gets complicated to switch, and I use the same database for several servers. I'd be interested to hear what people have to say about PiggyAuth and the others though.
