WIN10 Bedrock edition unable to connect pmmp server

Hi,
I was try to connect pmmp with window 10 edition but i couldn't it ;(
The server is running on GCP vpc,
i checked the server is portforwading on yougetsignal(19132)
The server is portforwading on port 19132
I connected the server on IOS, Android
It successful
What can I do for connect the server in win10

I spoke the server is hosted by google vps server, sir

 

If it works on android then it should work on win10. What part fails on windows 10 for you?
