you can try poggit https://poggit.pmmp.io/pi for more lattes plugins you can try old forum http://forums.pocketmine.net/plugins/ for outdated plugins
Hey @PianoRalph04 , and Welcome to the forums. As for your question, there are many places to get plugins. If you click the button on the navigation bar at the top of the forums, you will be directed to a website called Poggit , the official website for PMMP plugins. You can use the links @Thunder33345 provided above as well. The Safest plugins will be located under the Releases tab. You can also search plugins on Github , but this is more risky as these plugins haven't been verified by anyone. Hope that helped
