I have this skyblock plugin and water is just randomly generating wherever the hell it wants in the void. is there anyway to fix this?! a giant water fountain from the highest point in a world is really making my server lag

This was an error with the server software of when placing a water block into the void it somehow spawns at the top of the world! To solve it either switch software or struggle. Your using skyblock therefor it was made for pocketmine (if it's the right version I'm inking of) so it doesn't support other softwares.. The closest to pocketmine is bluelight but would advise using the newer branch of pocketmine! Anyway I believe this is solved so mark the title as solved!
