Unable to find the OpenSSL (openssl)

I downloaded latest Pmmp api/network 1.0.5 branch, this works on my computer, but doesnt work on my vps server caause of this:

[Server thread/CRITICAL]: Unable to find the OpenSSL (openssl) extension.
[15:56:50] [Server thread/CRITICAL]: Please use the installer provided on the homepage, or recompile PHP again.

I already installed openssl on vps server. What should I do to solve it?. Please help

 

Sorry, im spanish, can you tell me where are the openssl installer or link please? i really like test 1.0.5 with the people
