Solved Title doesn't showing

Hi there,
I am trying to make a simple plugin that's showing a title when the player join the server.
However,it shows T_VARIABLE with $player,idk what's the problem in it.Either it is wrong variable method?

You cannot define a variable out side of a method

It's not showing the title because the Listener is not implemented
