Splash Potions

Any one know of a plugin that can allow Splash potions to work, I need them for kits and stuff.

 

I know the api3/blocks branch from PocketMine has this implemented.

 

Do you know where I could find this?

How does one turn this into a phar? IK pocketmine tools works for plugins, but I'm not sure how to do it with this.

 

You could download a precompiled phar from Poggit. It builds from all branches of PocketMine.

 

I believe I got my phar from poggit, maybe Its not the right place for forks like this, is there a certain place on poggit?
