SimpleAuth for API 3.0.0-Alpha7 Broken

Simpleauth seems incompatible for the latest API, no matter what happens or what permissions I give myself, even giving myself every simpleauth permission, it always says, "No permissions to register!" or something like that, well then I tested SimpleAuth without any other plugins and it said the same thing... This is sad

Well i'm pretty sure it's just one small bug, right?

 

It's not incompatible, but it does that sometimes. It's a permissons error, or at least that's what shogi said when he first created it a few years ago...

I still haven't figured out why this happens, but not every time, and not on every server; the easiest fix is to use SimpleAuthHelper alongside SimpleAuth and set the SAH config options for 'hack login perms' and 'hack register perms' to true.

 

When will it be updated to ALPHA7 though (SimpleAuthHelper)

 

Grab the latest build from here, it's alpha7 compatible.

UPDATE: alpha7 version of SimpleAuthHelper is now released
