Simple Auth does not work as it should

Whenever I join (I am OP of course) it says I do not have permission to register, and it is very anoying. I need a fix very soon please.

Yes. I have 3.0.0

 

And I looked in the command file, and It set everything to false, like it should, but it still did not work. After that I set everything to true, and everything stayed the same. This is an outrageous problem that I have had before back when everything was API 2.0.0 and I am very dissapointed that this is the only 3.0.0 auth system.

 

Well, it's not the only auth plugin for 3.0.0. But did you make sure that you got your .phar from here?

And when I had everything API 2.0.0 I did not have pure perms.

 

And It does the same thing.
So I dont thing pure perms is the problem

They are set to true, but when I run it that way, it does the same thing...

If they're set to TRUE set them to FALSE.
