Setting up automated messages on the server

Is there a way to set up messages that send automatically on the server on a time interval?

So for example, using the broadcast command every hour or so.

 

Yeah, you might want to refer to TimeCommander for whatever you're trying to do.

 

Broadcaster is what I prefer. It supports multiple messages on the interval. Plus, you can send popups with it.
