PM version: PocketMine-MP 3.11.5 for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition v1.14.0 protocol 389
    PHP version: PHP 7.0.0RC2
    OS: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS
    Plugins: 25
    Plugin configs: (ScoreHud: https://pastebin.com/UgXN35m3)
Crash log: (My server didn't crash.)

When I type /reload in console, time in plugins resetting to UTC, but when I type /stop and start server in terminal again, time is in correct timezone.
The biggest problem is broken time in ScoreHud plugin and CustomAlerts.

But if I will need to install Autoreload plugin or reload manually in MCPE? It's not a solution)

And reloading is faster than manually restarting

technically speaking /reload is evil and you should avoid it in favour of just restarting. it's going away in 4.0 anyway, so might as well get into the habit now.

most plugins just aren't designed to cope with the fact that they might be randomly disabled and enabled again at mid-runtime.
