Check the "region" directory and make sure there isn't a mixture of regions in there. The regions should all have a .mcr extension for McRegion. This was changed recently in the development builds to remove astonishing behaviour related to format detection undefinedness.
I checked the directory and I found .mca / .mcapm / .mcr files So should I delet all .mca and .mcapm ?
Don't delete anything! MOVE the mcr&mca files into another directory (preferebly empty) somewhere safe! Then check if that is the correct world / it loads correctly. If not move the mca files in and the mcapm files into your external dir and if that doesn't work, move the mcr files in and the mca files into your external dir. Basically there should never be files of two or more types in the regions dir, so try them one by one. To not accidentally mix things up, it's best to have the whole world backed up (duplicate the world folder).
yep, there definitely should not be a mixture. You'll need to figure out which ones your server has actually been using to find out which ones you want to keep. Usually what happens here is: - world has been converted and has .mca and .mcr both - Old PM got confused and assumed the world was not generated - Re-generated the world as per the world's default format. - Depending on the default format set in pocketmine.yml, the server might or might not use existing files. TL;DR: if you have a mixture, it's up to you to find out which ones are the ones you want to keep. I recommend making 3 different copies of the world - one with only .mcr, one with only .mca, and one with only .mcapm. Load each one and teleport to it and see what the terrain is like.
