Can someone make a plugin to when a player crosses the spawn protection, it sends that player a message saying "You are out of SafeSpawn" and when you enter it it says "You are now in SafeSpawn".

 

Cool idea, it is something similar to what CrypticPE had it seems, the message that it would display was "Entering Warzone" when you're in warp pvp

Please don't use PlayerMoveEvent with coordinates that's can be very, very, VERY laggy..
