    Hi, resource pack is added to the protocol. Using this we can download the resource pack from the server ?

    They just added a new option to add resource packs to actual Minecraft PE in the last update, with Addon and Texture packs.
    These could possibly be implemented into Pocketmine, but that would probably be better posted in the Suggestions or requests forums
