That happens when the player is using an older mc version, there is nothing you can do

 

Sure you can. Just update your copy of the game, or ask the player(s) who get that to do so.

 

The problem is that the server works at the version 1.6.0 but the closest mcpe version is 1.6.0.1, there's no 1.0.6
