    That is an operator.

    >= // : more than
    PHP:
    <= //: less than
    example:
    PHP:
    $x 0;
    if(
    $x >= 1){
     return 
    true;
    }else{
    echo 
    '$x is less than 1';
    return 
    true;
    }
    output:
    0 is less than 1

    Its actually this. Im not sure why "equal to" was not mentioned.
