Solved Port Forwarding Not Working

well the first day i use pocketmine the port forwarding looks fine. But the next week when my ip got changed, it getting worst i cant even port forwarding anymore. I Tried to retry the port forward many times and turn off my firewall but still not working. Can someone help me with this? please

 

well i hope someone respond me cuz i really want making my own server soo bad
