Can someone help me to port forward. I don't know how to do it. I just want to make my server be public.

Default port for PocketMine is 19132. It's extremely hard to provide fit-for-all instructions to help you. Steps vary depending on your router, operating system, firewalls and even anti malware software installed.

You may find that buying a server from hosting site is more reliable and less of a headache.

What should I do when I logged in and go to port forward page?

You should be using a computer for this.

But I can explain somethings and perhaps you're going to figure out stuff on your own.
    Code:
Comment - Anything for you to identify the entry (example: pocketmine)
Local IP - Your local (internal) IPv4 address on the local network
Local Port From - The range which ports should be open (example: 19132)
Local Port To - Again, it's range so if you need no more than one, then repeat last input
Protocol - TCP is used for RCON, UDP for game itself and queries. (open both for pocketmine)
Remote IP - Your external IPv4 address
Port Range - Enter ports your server is running on in both fields

That looks correct. You might need to restart the router after saving the settings. And make sure none of the addresses have changed.

You can use internal ip if you're on the same network (connected to same router on which the game is running aka localhost). Others outside your network must use the external address.

Use a service like https://portchecker.co/ to see of the port is actually properly port-forwarded, open and can be accessed. As I said in one of the previous posts, the firewall as well might interfere. I'm not really a good helper on this topic, to be honest! Most I can do is guide you in the right direction.

Hm, it looks like something went wrong somewhere then since the port isn't actually open, but it looks like you did everything correctly. Did you remember to change your IP address to static so it doesn't change?

Depends on your OS. For Windows follow these instructions.
Remember to do it on the computer you're running the server on.
