Solved Poggit CI cannot be enabled.

It is displayed on the screen like this, I waited for 1 minute and reloaded the page, but the toggle is disabled and CI is not enabled. I waited for 4 hours but it didn't complete ;w;

These symptoms have occasionally occurred, but they were usually successful after about 5 retries.
However, this time, no matter how many times I tried again, it never succeeded.
Perhaps if the configuration files are wrong, displayed errors?
as far as I can see, the error does not seem to be displayed.
