Hello there, i have edited the PocketMine for myself in source and now i need it to a .phar for my Server. How can i convert it?
If you can access the command line for your device, you can use DevTools' php script to build phars, I believe. However, it won't likely be easy to access said command line without rooting or sideloading. Aside from that, maybe you could convert it to a phar through a website or other program? I don't know how well that would work. In my opinion, you're wasting your time. PocketMine isn't designed to run on Android devices, and has tons of issues, as I'm sure you've learned. The support isn't there, so you're going in basically blind. Additionally, it is a bad idea to edit PM source code for your own use. You will usually prevent yourself from being able to easily update to a later version, you forfeit most support from these forums and the PM developers, and the source code is so complicated it is difficult to edit without breaking things, unless you know the software very well.
