Plugin Offline and Online

Hi I would like to ask if you could write a plugin with how any online player is writing online and how is offline writing offline?

was wondering if you would make a plugin with some nickname and in this plugin it should be like how this person does not have it written [OFFLINE] and how does it write [ONLINE] and I would like this plugin under the command /admins

 

That would certainly be very helpful. We have to be able to read posts to know what they mean. If it's not readable, it might as well gibberish.

Should staff players be defined in a config or do they get a special permission?

 

Why not use both? add any players with the permission to the config and use the config for the list
