Players falling down loop redskyblock

Ive recently installed redskyblock plugin and started to notice that if someone falls down once in to void they always fall down to void like a loop.

I already set the property void in config.yml to false but players still face same problem.

I need to get this solved because people are always leaving my server then

 

Have you tried reporting it to the plugin's creator?

 

Seems like a good idea

 

Also, yes I have this same problem.
