Not sure if this violates the terms of usage, but technically, uninstalling PhpStorm every 30 days shall refresh the evaluation period. If I remember correctly, it is stored somewhere in ~/.PhpStorm<version>. If it doesn't work, doing a factory reset on the machine would definitely reset it. This is most likely a violation of the terms though. May I emphasize the third time: It most likely violates the terms, so don't do this. This is purely a statement of the vulnerability. Telling you that jumping into the sea kills you doesn't mean you should push people into the sea.
