preferably something that can be ran as the player before they login/authenticate, but will be permissable... by this I mean, if the user has the permission, before or after they authenticate on the server, the command will be ran as/for them... The idea here is to exploit proof a voting system... by making it teleport you out of an area between vote reward selection if you relog. if they have the permission, it will run a command on login... if they don't, it wont. can this be done ? I'm sure it's easy...
