Is there an NPC plugin for Pocketmine 1.6.2dev API 3.0.0ALPHA7 (mcpe1.2 build 25 and up)?

I've looked all over the web and searched through this forum but does anyone know of a plugin that is being frequently updated to these versions?

If worse comes to worse, I could probably try to code one up / update a previous one if I try.

What kind of NPC plugin?

Checkout ServerSelector, a plugin which lets you select multiple Servers/Lobbies.
