Need help making Pocketmine-MP.phar

    Ok so I have my custom source code for my server I'm making. I need help making the phar. People say to run from source code. I tried putting src in /downloads/Pocketmine-MP/ But when I start the server it says "couldn't find any valid pocketmine installation.
    Press any key to continue"
    But when I press a key it closes
    I'm on Windows 7 btw. How do I run my server from source code?
