Solved my pocketmine does not work please help

I need help making my pocketmine server but I used the link here then I downloaded it when I clicked the console start program it doesn't work so I went to pocketmine.net downloaded it and I don't know how to change the update to 1.0.3 and i don't know how to port forward my router someone please help

 

Hi, PMMP Fails to open when you don't have the PHP Bin installed or added to your main DIR for it to refer from... Please make sure that you've RakLib and SPL installed too from PMMP's GitHub page.

 

So should I download the file here or pocketmine.net

 

Pocketmine.net doesn't have the full file, it's always better to download from GitHub : https://github.com/pmmp

 

Ok I see pocketmine-mp raklib and pocketmine-spl which one to download from

I did that I put my pocketmine-mp in and it says php >= 7.0

 

Ok I did it but my Computer ask for 7.0 php it has only 7.0.3 php for windows or it just might be I'm putting them in then wrong place if you can help

 

You have to download the latest php binaries from here, than extract them in the same directory with PocketMine. (Or https://bintray.com/pocketmine/PocketMine/Windows-PHP-Binaries if you have Windows)

Have you downlaoded the 'bin' folder and replaced your current 'bin' folder from the link @Edwardthedog2 provided above? Have you downloaded the correct bin for your OS?

We literally gave you the link to download it. Go to https://bintray.com/pocketmine/PocketMine and click on your operating system, then download the bin. Once it is finished, drag it into your PHP folder to replace your old bin.
