morton extention

    Hello!
    I'm trying to migrate to API4, but since recently the php extension "morton" is required.

    I couldn't find where I can download this compiled extension to use under windows.
    Can someone help me with that?

    If I not mistaken source code is located here: https://github.com/pmmp/ext-morton but I'm familiar with PHP and not with C++ so I'm not sure what to do with that
