The player is allowed to run any command on the server without needing permissions... It's like a sort of "op ", but with limited functions to the OP
* actually just means wildcard like himbeer said: * means anything pocketmine.* means anything that starts with pocketmine and * wont make you be able to run any/all commands, it only runs on commands that check and respect permissions some commands depend on isOp() call which ignores this permission node some plugins have their own permission system that ignores pmmp/is configured by owner to do so
