Making a command invisible?

So, I've added plugins that I wanted just for ME to be able to see/use.
I was able to give permissions to myself and not other people with PurePerms.
However, the commands still pop up when people type /help or just /. I don't want people to see some of the commands the server has (ex. /adminfun)

Can someone help?
