LocalHost server is not showing in the server tab in 1.2.1

Prior to the Better Together update I was able to start my server which is not port forwarded, so I could develop it on the local ip: 0.0.0.0:19132 but now whenever I start my server it does not show in the server menu tab or friends tab on both MCPE and Windows 10. Have mojang made it so localhost servers don't show up?! If they have that would make it extremely difficult for me to continue development on my server.

Is server hosted on the same device you trying to join?
Is your device connected to internet?

yes I'm connected to the internet, the server is on my computer and I'm trying to connect in windows 10 minecraft on the same computer as the server is on

 

nvm it works now. try reinstalling pmmp. i did that?
