Operating system should be your least priority. All the distros you've listed are equally good as long as it's a 64 bit.
Every one of those should work perfectly fine. Warning, subjective thoughts below: I prefer Debian because it's wide spread.
As mentioned above all those are a really good if they have 64 bit support. I prefer Ubuntu as its really good in my choice tho..
