KB is messed up

The knockback on my server is being very weird. its like a combo pvp match if you know what i mean. there is no delay between hits. how do I fix this

 

Check which plugin is changing the knockback and update it

 

how to do that?

 

It could be some plugins altering the kb, but ig most probably you're not using latest release of pmmp.

The kb has been fixed through cooldown in newest pmmp release, try it if you're currently not using thr newest version.
