Jenkins Server down constantly

I apologize if this has already been stated elsewhere on the site but I'm new here and just wanted to let you guys know I can never seem to access the Jenkins server or any links to it no matter when I try I don't know if it's me or if the server is down almost all the time but I always get a error message. It says error 522 connection timed out if your a user try again in a few minutes if your the owner contact your hosting provider

 

It has been spotty recently. I would assume the staff members are working on it.
