Solved Item NBT tag in give command

How can I set the name of an item through the give command?
Also, i would like to know how i could make the item glow for aesthetics?

cant, only way is with code, even then you have to setcustomname() then \n\n\n\n\n a bunch of times to hide it as far as i'm aware off
