is command /p h {player} possible?

Hi

Sorry for my bad English. But its now time, that i need help. I have a Pocketmine Server with myPlot. Now, when we want to teleport to a player´s home, we must write : /p h 2;3 . Is it possible or give it a plugin, that we can enter : /p h username ??
