    Hello all!
It's possible to add invisible bedrock (id 95) on server? A plugin that can add this?

It does, but it has no need to be recognised by the server if it is invisible to the client. The exception to its invisibility is that fact that it is solid and cannot be moved through.

You could try using my BlockSniper plugin for this. It's a brush plugin and can be used to create invisible walls with ease.

Nope. Microsoft is to lazy to make invisible bedrock breakable and placeable, and they're to lazy to make it visible when you hold the item.
