I'm trying to install the latest version of PMMP through the "
    curl -sL https://get.pmmp.io | bash -s -" command.

    I get a message saying -
    "Found PocketMine-MP 1.7dev (build 318) for Minecraft: PE v1.2.0.81 (PHP 7.2, API 3.0.0-ALPHA9)"

How would I get the latest version of PMMP that works with 1.2.5 through this script? Is there a development flag? Do I need to download directly from the jenkins?

    Thanks for the help!

You need to use the development channel:

    Code:
    curl -sL https://get.pmmp.io | bash -s - -v development
