How to turn off a plugin at different world

Hello there!
I have FactionsPro and SkyWars on my PocketMine, so the problem is that players who belong to the same Clan can not pvp each other. I want to turn off that function at different world where the map of SkyWars is.

Is there a function that turns off some plugins? Or smth like:

if($level->getName() == world){
some function
}else{ pvp off

 

That requires making a plugin

You can fork FactionsPro in poggit-orphanage and add a config option to disable pvp restrictions in certain worlds.

 

Never heard about poggit-orphanage. Could you give some more details, please?

 

They fork some abandoned plugins and update them.
