how to prevent 'Full Server Tick' from going high

i did /timings and played for a bit and /timings paste got this result :
ps im only one playing' and got 50% server tick

 

Me was literally just mining

 

Posting a partial screenshot of timings is as useless as providing a code snippet to debug a plugin. If you post the link to the full results you might get some help.

Timings are always reported as a link to visit, so do you mean someone else ran the timings for you and only sent you that screenshot? If so, maybe get him/her to post instead?

It looks like you didn't run that test for very long... you should run timings for at least a few minutes to get meaningful results.

 

can those red stuff get cleared out if i test for long?

 

That depends... First try running timings for about 5 minutes and post the link.
