How do I set the spawnpoint for all players?

I would like to set a spawnpoint for all players but using the supplied commands in the help docs after a player logs out and back in they do not start at the spawnpoint specified. Instead they are at the place they were before the save.

Please bear with me as I am still quite new at this

 

You can use AlwaysSpawn. I think it's on plugins.pocketmime.net

 

Thanks but it looks like it does not support the api version

 

Then update the plugin so it is compatible with the new API version.
