I don't think you can. Simply avoid using these commands for purposes you're using right now. Assuming that they are automatically executed upon some event, or something, by a different plugin.
You can make your own command with the same function! If you don't like seeing the original command as well, simply override it with your command
Simply use a permission plugin and deny the permission pocketmine.broadcast.admin to whoever you want to hide that from

The message will not be sent to anyone who does not have the permission. That will happen if not configured correctly
