How can I fix lag?

At a glance it looks like there's a ton of entities... do you know what they are?

 

They are dropped items because server type is SkyBlock.

 

Then you have two options, either you'll have to reduce/limit the number of entities, or get a more powerful machine.

 

My machine has 10 GB Ram and i9-9900K processor 6 cores

 

Is that a hosted server or your own machine? If it's your own, did you upgrade to that CPU or buy the machine already built?
