how can i create this?

I see this in rebirthpe , bpe, netherfactions , lifeboat , avengetech i know its created using customUI plugin by BigsmileXD But Its almost the same every server! And i see in rebirthpe plugins its called "guishop" do you guys know what plugin that create like that , they can use /shop command to open it

Read before posting thread. There's a lot of threads like that and im the first who post it XD Well it's very easy to make one using CustomUI virion by thebigsmile but it's kinda buggy right now
