Hey I need Help With Making a Form

So I have Everything done With My Form my titles and buttons and content and the form display works (i use FormAPI) ,but in my case 0 im trying make the button teleport a player too a world (using multiworld) is there any class i need for this and whats the method i need to use for this too work.
