Help to create a plugin

Hello people, I'm new to this plugins and I wanted to know if they help me to tell me how to make a ranks plugin with permissions for pocketmine I hope and help me in advance thanks

 

If you're new to plugin developing I highly advise you not to create a permission plugin. Once you've learned the basics, study PurePerms and how it retreives data from configs.

 

Could you teach me how to do a rank plugin then ??

 

Hardly anyone on these forums even knows how to do permissions.If ranks require permissions, why would that be any easier? Also, people still won't know how!
As far as I am able to tell, only SOFe and 64FF00 are the only known people who have done it before.
