Solved Function obsolete. And now?

Hello dear forum members,

I'm working on a mini-game right now. It has signs with information about running games.

This was done with the function

PHP:

$level->getTiles();

because I asked for the tiles, then if they are signs and have a certain content. But recently this function was removed (Commit: https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-MP/commit/f49d590794f7f0952456766ba42c9a108ec5252d).

Should I save the tags now or is there another method?

 

What will become of the Dev-Builds in the future? At some point it has to go into the stable.
