Friends can't locate server

I have a server hosted with GGservers and everything runs great but only I can get on the server. Everyone that I have had try to join get stuck on locating server. I have looked all over and have found similar issues but nothing has fixed my issue.

Why don't you ask their customer support? It's very likely that this is an issue on their side
